      Fair Policy

      Please remember that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice on all services for cancellations, otherwise a 10% charge will automatically be made to your account, should you not show to an appointment a 30% charge will be added, for settlement at your next appointment.

       

      Polite Notice

      We will endeavour to see you at your allocated time, unfortunately due to circumstances sometimes out of our control this is not always possible. Please be patient with us if we do keep you waiting, we will be with you as soon as we can. Thank you.

      Lateness

      In order for us to reduce delays we ask all clients to arrive on time. If a client arrives >15 min after they are scheduled, a cancellation charge will be made either with the card details on file or before their next appointment.
